Bike Wash
Each bike is given a service number and job card during check in to maintain a record of work requested and completed as well as the customers contact information.
We carry out a comprehensive service, checking the bike from front to back, making adjustments as required.
We will advise customers if significant, unanticipated repairs are found to be required and give an estimate of the additional cost for approval.

Disclaimer — Parts are not included in our labour rates. Extra charges will apply for labour not included in any of the service packages. We reserve the right to refuse service. We will not perform partial repairs or do any work on bikes or parts that are fundamentally damaged, incomplete, or assembled with incompatible parts. All bicycles will be test ridden after labour is completed. Bicycles left for more than 28 days after the completion of service will incur a storage fee and bicycles left more than 60 days will be donated or recycled.
