Set of six oversized pins. All dropper posts require key way clearance. With so many different frames, clamps and ride heights it's not possible to ship play-free without running the risk of binding. The kit is meant to remove additional play that might develop over time or, for the more mechanically inclined, to tune the play out for a specific bike. Start with the 3 pins marked with 2 lines. If play still exists move to the 3 pins marked with 4 lines.

The EDC Cap Kit includes the worlds lightest headset top cap (4.2g), and an EDC steerer plug with drain hole which keeps crud out of your steerer. Top caps are compatible with all 1-1/8" aluminum steerer tubes. The EDC steerer plug is required for EDC tool storage and is compatible with most aluminum tapered steerer tubes. If you're not looking for chain retention or your bike has an integrated chain guide, you can still add some bash protection with the OneUp ISCG05 Underbash. The Underbash includes 3 different sizes of bash plate for compatibility with chainrings from 28-36T. Designed for frames with 2 ISCG05 tabs only (Evil, Rocky Mountain, etc). If your bike has three ISCG05 tabs, check with the frame manufacturer to ensure the lower tabs are strong enough for a bash application. Failure to do so could result in frame damage. Don’t get stuck between dropper sizes. The unique OneUp travel adjust shims allow you to custom tune your OneUp Components Dropper post by lowering the travel and extended length of your post by either 10mm or 20mm. A 180mm travel post can be reduced in travel to either 170mm or 160mm with this shim kit. Drop tuning can be done on-bike, tool free and without removing the saddle or touching a shock pump. Machined surfaces allow for better caliper alignment and a more rigid brake setup. The Post Mount standard is universal for front and rear brakes. Frames and forks that use the post-mount brake interface use a stock size varying from 160mm to 203mm. It’s important to check your frame and fork for the default post mount size before ordering a suitable adapter. To calculate the size of the required adapter, subtract the frame/fork stock mount size from the desired rotor size. If you’re using brakes with large calipers (Magura MT5/MT7, Hope Tech V4, Hayes Dominion A4, etc.), please also order a low profile (button head) bolt kit to ensure correct fitment. Our disc brake adapters do not come with mounting bolts but if needed, we have sets of 4 bolts available. Not currently compatible with TRP 203mm rotors.
